About the event

This is an opportunity to get a small taste of crafting with clay. Over two hours you will experience building coils, rolling a slab, applying surface textures, using a mold, and joining formed clay objects together. You can try making decorative napkin rings, a pinch bowl, and push plates. The theme will be everything harvest. Following the class, your pieces will be dried and bisque fired ready for you to take home and decorate with acrylic craft paint. Or if you choose, you can save the pieces unglazed for a rustic feel. Space is limited to 10 participants. The cost is $25, and payment is via the website unless you are a member of the Oldman River Potters Guild. If you are a member of the Guild, you will pay either by etransfer or at the Guild.
